Most of my postcards are inspired by sketchbooks kept on my travels. In our world of instant communication, postcards recapture the pleasure of receiving a message in the post from far away, a picture that transports, and a few fond words to show that, even in that far-flung place, we haven’t been forgotten.

I like my artwork to be on show as part of people’s everyday lives. A little like the drawings by Mario Miranda, a popular Goan artist whose images have adorned all sorts of objects for decades. I love the idea of the calendars by their owner’s side throughout the year.
